Rotaract is ROTARy in ACTion, Rotary's commitment to promote world understanding and peace through development of leadership among youth.

Rotaract is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young men and women ages 18 to 30. Rotaract Clubs are either community-based or university-based and they are sponsored by a local Rotary club. As one of Rotary’s most significant and fastest-growing youth service programs, with more than 7,700 clubs in about 163 countries and geographical areas, Rotaract has been growing worldwide.
  • clubs can be community-based or college-based
  • each Rotaract club has at least one sponsoring Rotary club
  • but each operates independently and chooses it's own activities and projects
  • usually meet every other week to socialize, have a planning session, participate in a service project or hear a speaker.
