The Gundaker Foundation is a non-profit
corporation of Rotary District 7450.
The Gundaker Foundation is administered
by a Board of Directors. This Board is made up of one representative
from each Rotary Club within District 7450. In addition, three
past District Governors serve as directors and the current District
Governor serves as Chairman of the Board.
The officers of the Foundation:
President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are elected
by the Board of Directors.
The Gundaker Foundation meets the
first Monday of the month at the Desmond
Hotel in Malvern, beginning with dinner at 6:00 p.m., meeting
at 6:45 p.m.. Guests are welcome to attend.
