MCGILL
District Governor 1991-92
Mark
Z. McGill has been a Rotarian since 1978. He served as
President of The Rotary Club of Coatesville, 1985-86,
and was District Governor of District 7450 in 1991-92.
His district responsibilities have included serving as
World Community Service Chair, Finance Chair, Legislation
Chair, Membership Chair and District Trainer in 1998-2001.
He served on the District Rotary Foundation Committee
and as Annual Giving Chair from 1992-1999. He was the
delegate from District 7450 at the 2001 Council on Legislation.

Mark has served Rotary International
as a member of the Membership Task Force in 1992-93, and
has been a Sargent-at arms at both the Orlando International
Convention in 1992 and the United Nations Conference in
1995. He served on Zone Institute planning committees in
1992, 1993 and 2000, 2001. In 2000-2001 he served as Zone
32 Coordinator for the United Nations Agencies Task Force.
In 2001-2002 he served as a Strategic Advisor to the Rotary
Foundation on Annual Giving. He has represented the President
of Rotary International at two District Conferences.
Mark, his wife Dorothy, and two sons are
Paul Harris Fellows and Mark received the Rotary Foundation
Citation for Meritorious Service in 1997 and The Distinguished
Service Award in 2003. Dottie is also a Rotarian with the
Rotary Club of Thorndale and was president in 2000-2001.
