Illegal boxes with descramblers to get HBO & other services free Illegal wires from pole to house 
Telephone:
Illegal charging of calls to another's phone
Illegal hooking up to interconnect box outside homes & businesses The collect call that is refused to let someone know you have arrived 
Fishing:
Without a license 
Driving:
Without a license or suspended license 
Disregard of stop signs and traffic signals 
Students:
Cheating on exams 
Paying someone to do a term paper 
Cheating on homework - having someone do it 
Music:
Copying a copyrighted CD onto cassettes for others.  
Playing music in a public place without a license? 
Income tax:
Cheating.
Insurance Fraud: Auto & Homeowners
Damage where customer wants more than entitled including when a computer dies and they want to blame it on a surge or storm to get a new computer 
Sales Pitch:
Overstated to get a sale - Bait & Switch advertising
Repairs:
Padded bills by service companies 
Theft of electric service:
Bypassing the electric meter (common & dangerous) 
Theft of Gas Service:
Tapping into gas lines of another property (common)
 Theft of Trash service:
Dumping trash into another's pile or placing bags into companies dumpsters or placing trash bags at someone else's curbside
 Cutting Christmas trees:
Cutting down Christmas trees from private or public property 
Shop lifting:
 
Price Tag switching:
 
Vending machine:
Falsley reporting lost money, in a vending machine, when none was lost (primarily kids) also the inverse where customer looses money 
Inspection Stickers:
 Counterfeit

Counterfeiting Money, software, records, tapes, video tapes, products 
 
Gray Market: laptops, software, hardware
Computer: 
Copying software - using without purchase 
Sharing AOL account or Internet account with friends 
Computer Hacking
Computer Virus' (those who write them & those who spread them deliberately)

Listening to Cellular phone calls (now illegal) 
Borrowing:
Fallaciously buying clothing [EX: party dresse or suite] for special events then returning them after the event.
Fallaciously buying computer equipment then returning it instead of renting the equipment.
