Rotaplast
Volunteer teams of doctors, nurses, and Rotarians travel to provide surgical correction of cleft lip and palate deformities for children and adults. Rotary clubs on location provide local arrangements and host team members. Our club helps with financial donations. Our members participate on the teams.

The Kennett Square Rotary Club financially supported this child in the 2010 Vietnam Potaplast trip.
"I am pleased to report that the surgery went well, and thanks to your support he now has an opportunity for a normal life. It is not often that we get the opportunity to make such a profound difference in someone’s life. Thanks to the support of your club, and all its members together we have accomplished just such a change." Don Heebner, Chairperson Rotary District 7450 Rotaplast Committee

PolioPlus
Since 1988, Rotary International has been joined in this effort by the World and Pan American Health Organizations, UNICEF, CDC and private foundations. Individual Rotarians help through contributions and participation in National Immunization Days in other countries.

Group Study Exchange
Our club has hosted Group Study Exchange Teams from Thailand and Bangladesh. One of our members, Jenny Armitage, was the Team Leader for the Group Study Exchange Team to Thailand. Group Study Exchange allows a small group of young professionals, led by a Rotarian, to learn and experience cultural and vocational practices in another country for a period of four weeks. Each year a team comes to our Rotary District and a team goes from our District. Team members are hosted by a different Rotary Club for each week and team members stay in the homes of individual Rotarians. Group Study Exchange provides the opportunity to make friends and promote understanding with people from other countries. 2007 the plan is Italy! Speak Italiano?

Youth Exchange Students
Over the years, our club has supported many inbound and outbound high school aged students who go to another country to attend school for one year. Our club also invites students hosted by other District 7450 clubs to speak at our meetings.
