July 19: The Rotary Foundation-speaker Charles Streitwieser. Followed by: Induction of Dr. Michael Barber, Principal of Kennett High, Carrie Freeman, ED of United Way-Southern Chester County, and Margarita Mirkil, ED at la Communidad Hispana.

August 2: no lunch meeting instead: “Get Acquainted with Rotary” social from 5:30-7:00pm, Tuesday, August 2nd, 2011 at the law office of Perna and Abracht, 610 Miller’s Hill, Kennett Square. Space is limited to 30 guests so please RSVP by July 27 2011.

Buffet style lunch is served 11:30-12 and is a time to meet and talk with other guests. Meetings are between 12-1pm.

28 April: Rotarians at Work Day. Created by district 5340. Our club will be repairing a part of the Red Clay trail that we built and maintain with new stone and bitumen. Several Kennett High School football team players, Interact students and club members will be utilized. The Kennett YMCA will help cover the costs.
