WORLD COMMUNITY SERVICE
- Goals
- Undertake a World Community Service project which supports young children
in their development in the areas of education, nutrition, end/or immunization.
- Participate in a project which will provide for low- cost housing or
shelter for families.
- Participate in a Polio Plus Partners project or a National Immunization
Day.
- Participate in the Youth Exchange program.
- Influence the lives of young people by sponsoring or hosting a student.
- Name at least three new Paul Harris Fellows.
- Seek a Foundation Matching Grant to further enhance your club's International
Service project.
- Contribute to a Disaster Relief effort in another country.
- Support the Permanent Fund Initiative to ensure the long-term future
of The Rotary Foundation. Secure at least three new bequest commitments.
- Support a project registered on the World Community Service Projects
Exchange lists by sending denoted goods, or a Rotary Volunteer.
- Sponsor or host a Group Study Exchange team member.
- Initiate a club-to-club Rotary Friendship Exchange
- Sponsor a Rotary Recreational or Vocational Fellowship activity event
in your community in conjunction with a Fellowship group.
