Club Service - Goals
  1. Achieve a three percent net membership growth between 1 July 2000 and 1 April 2001.
  2. Create a membership retention plan for your club that strives to maintain a membership loss of less then three percent annually.
  3. Ensure that all new members receive proper orientation and training as outlined in "Strategies for Member Education" (414-EN).
  4. Appoint a club historian, dedicate one meeting to discussion of the history of your club.
  5. Ensure that your club's incoming officers attend the district assembly.
  6. Invite local Group Study Exchange team members, Ambassadorial Scholars, Rotary Village Corps members, Rotary Volunteers, Interact club members or Rotaract club members to give a presentation about their service activities at a Rotary club meeting.
  7. Have at least 10 percent of your club's members attend your district's conference.
  8. Conduct a program in your club that focuses ???? service and fellowship opportunities through prgrams of Rotary Internationai and The Rotary Foundation.
  9. Increase awareness and understanding of Rotary through a special public relations effort.
  10. Have the incoming club president and Foundation chairperson attend a Rotary Foundation district seminar.
  11. Recognize an outstanding club member with the Four Avenues of Service Citation for individual Rotorians.
  12. Ensure that your club's incoming president attends the Presidents-elect Training Seminar in your district.
