Rotary Town Clock
We are proud to
announce that the Rotary Club of Chester has embarked
on a fundraising campaign to purchase and install
a fine, four-faced town clock at the corner of Fourth
Street and the Avenue of the States in front of
City Hall. If you hurry you may still be allowed
to contribute and have your name listed on the base!
